Audit Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced audit manager to join our team. The key responsibilities for the role are:

  • Managing and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Overseeing planning for and execution of client assignments
  • Planning and allocating resources to assignments
  • Review of assignment files and audit reports
  • Attending client meetings to present reports
  • Managing billing and collection
  • Coaching and training audit staff
  • Business development

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skills and qualifications in the following areas:

  • Undergraduate and CPA qualification. Must be a member, in good standing, of ICPAK
  • Sound and up to date knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs)
  • Strong background and experience (Minimum 6 years) in audit methodologies. Use of automated audit tools is an added advantage
  • Organising, leading and managing teams
  • Excellent oral and written skills
